No option to update to 3.8

  • When I log in to WP, there is no option to update to 3.8. I have always received update notifications in the past. When I manually check for updates, it says I’m running the latest version of WP, but I know I’m not.

    I run two sites. One was able to update to 3.8. The other isn’t. What’s going on here?
