No option to remove reward points.

    Hi

    I just downloaded you plugin. So far so good!

    One issue I am having is that I am unable to disable reward points for the purchase of the gift card.

    With regular stock I am able to set the amount of points for the product or disable completely, which doesn’t seem to be the case with this.

    Any help would be great.

    Hello, since reward points isn’t part of the core WooCommerce system you should contact the developers of the rewards plugin to find out how to make product exclusions. The PW Gift Card product is based upon the Variable Product type so it should be compatible out of the box.

    If you can’t contact the other developer or they are unresponsive, let us know the name and version of the rewards plugin you are using and we’ll see if we can help further.

    The variable product does display the option to turn off reward points.

    But it doesn’t appear on the Gift Card product page as an option.

    The product data obviously needs to be set to PW Gift Card yes?

    You may try temporarily changing the product type from “PW Gift Card” over to “Simple Product” and then disabling the points.

    After updating, change the product type back to “PW Gift Card” and it may persist the option to ignore points. I am not familiar with the rewards plugin you are using so this might not actually help.
