I was able to find the thread where we requested more information about your site to determine if the plugin contained any specific problem it may have with your site:

It was in the ticket sent to our support team that we found the problem was with the Google Merchant Center account being suspended as a result of the account’s details, not the plugin. Specifically, because the physical products being sold did not show shipping information on the checkout page:

This policy violation is a result of action from the Google team and they have the ability to lift the violation after confirming shipping is added for these products. We can continue to help configure shipping with WooCommerce core, just send a reply to the ticket we’ve sent and we’ll gladly help ensure the site has all information to not violate Google’s terms.
After this is done, you can request Google to do another review to approve the site for Merchant Center services:
