No Option to Enter Auth Key with SNAP API

What screenshot exactly do you mean? There is no authorization key for Instragram. Instagram uses username/password, not key.

Did you read the title of the post?

We followed the steps to set up SNAP API so we can USE INSTGRAM WITH nextscripts.

During the setup, I believe it’s step 4, it says to enter the authorization key that you get when you purchase. We have he key, but we don’t see the link of text at the stop right of page like your screenshot shows in the setup.

So, since we paid $50 for this, how do we get this to work?

Please make sure both plugins are active before that.

Yes I’ve already done that. Last week. No one ever answers that email.

I’d like to bump this (forum rules? lol. help your customers). I’m having the same issue and have also submitted a support ticket with no response. Instead of being smart with folks, why not just help them out?

@madgordy LOL! They are always snarky in their responses.

I had to contact support and apparently we had 2 accounts. Once we identified the right account everything was essentially solved – but it did require support to do something on their end to do this.

I hope you find a solution and get a nice response back! They plugin usually works great.
