No Option to Choose from Default Category

    When trying to add a listing, I can choose from my listed categories, but there is no option to choose a default category, meaning I can’t add any listings?

    I accidentally deleted the uncategorized category, but tried adding it back in and no success…

    Hi,

    sorry for the late reply, the default category options are loaded after you select the categories. If they are not being loaded, there must be a JS error on your add listing page. That could be due to a conflict with another plugin or with your theme, Did you try to deactivate all non GeoDirectory plugins to see if that solves the problem? If it does, reactivate one by one until you find the culprit. Please let me know and if this doesn’t solve the problem, open a ticket here so that I can assign your case to a developer to follow up: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support

    Thanks so much for your reply @paoltaia it works just fine of the whole add listing page, but when I try to add the listing widget to another page e.g. the profile page, both the default category function and “use my location” functions don’t work.

    I use Elementor if that helps diagnose the issue.
