    Hi Support,

    When I install the Firewall and choose learning mode, there is no format or date picker ? to choose and end date.. I could put in that date but not sure what is the format ?

    Receive this error if I save with no date : An error occurred The grace period end time must be in the future.

    Hi,

    There should normally be a date picker when you click in the field. The format I see is like this, if you need to try entering it manually: 04/21/2016 06:05pm -0400

    The missing date picker might be due to a javascript conflict with another plugin — you may be able to find an error leading to which plugin causes it by using the browser’s console. If you’re not familiar with the console, we have instructions here:
    Open the JavaScript console for troubleshooting plugins

    Temporarily disabling other plugins could also show if it is a plugin conflict — if that works, you can identify the issue by enabling one plugin at a time and refreshing the Firewall page until it doesn’t work anymore.

    Thanks Matt. I found the issue which was a plugin conflict.. Since that plugin update all is good now.
