No option for standard .68 cent USPS stamp price

There are so many settings, I’m not sure which ones you need to see. Are these helpful?

Here is the shipping label window in an active order. Again, I am trying to use the “Custom Package – envelope” option.

When I select “envelope” I get the following options below. My issue is that I only want .68 cent first class postage. I do not want tracking, only the cost of a STAMP. How can I get that option? This is getting so frustrating. If WooCommerce doesn’t have this option then it’s completely pointless for me to be using.

Hello. My product shipping settings in that window are not set. I have no weight or measurements defined and no shipping class selected. I do have the option of changing my shipping class to “envelope” which is what I created in the WooCommerce settings. Do I need to select that class? If so, I still don’t see how that would give me the .68 cent option.

Oh and want to add that I am not trying to charge the customer the shipping cost. I figured out how to configure the shipping costs for customers but I offer free shipping for them. I just want to be able to print my postage labels with WooCommerce at the .68 cent stamp cost.

The weight and dimensions in the product settings allow the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin to fetch appropriate shipping options.

Could you populate these values in the product settings and try again?
Then share the screenshot of the fetched shipping options with me.

Once we have this figured out then we can look into the no shipping cost for the customer.

Here is the order window in WooCommerce. I click the pink button for ‘create shipping label’.

Then I get to this window with my pre populated envelope size and weight.

And these are my shipping options. No stamp price.

If the weight and dimensions of your product exceed the USPS’s guidelines for the .68 cent stamp, it won’t appear as an option. Also, USPS has specific requirements for envelope shipping. If your package doesn’t meet these requirements, the envelope rate may not be available.

I would suggest double-checking the weight and dimensions of your product and the USPS’s requirements for envelope shipping. If everything seems correct and you’re still not seeing the .68 cent stamp option, please let us know, and we’ll investigate this issue further.

My weight is 0.5 ounces in a 6×4 envelope. This 100% fits within the stamp criteria yet I do not have the option. See screenshot.

I also notice that these options include tracking and that’s probably why they start at $3.79. I don’t want tracking! Just First Class .68 cents.

From what I gather, the site now runs WooCommerce version 9.0.2, and there is a flat rate shipping option at Checkout. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.

Just to be sure, is WooCommerce Shipping & Tax still active on the site, or otherwise?

If so, kindly share with us the Debug Log, found at WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, together with an updated System Status Report (SSR).
