No option for multisite in wordpress 3.0 RC

  • I’ve been waiting for 3.0 to come out and have installed 3.0 RC
    I have added the line
    define(‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);
    to wp-config.php but there is nothing under Tools or settings or anywhere that wiill allow Network
