No Option ADD Order in Marketplace

hi,

If I go to Order Tab in marketplace I can see add new product instead of adding new order.
I want to operate marketplace like offline application. When customer visit my store and buy a product that I can click on add order manually and attach product which customer bought and generate order id(this feature I can see in wp-admin but not in the marketplace dashboard)
