No Open Graph Image Alt means none sent via Publicize

The Open Graph tags published by JetPack lack data for og:image:alt which according to the protocol:

og:image:alt A description of what is in the image (not a caption). If the page specifies an og:image it should specify og:image:alt.

JetPack is specifying an og:image but not og:image:alt

This means images shared via social media that use OpenGraph are not providing alternative text for images.
