no. of tweets not showing in a one particular post

Hiya,
I’ve just noticed that although I’ve tweeted a recent post a few times (and I imagine some others have too), the number of tweets is still showing as zero – it seems to be stuck on zero… any idea what’s gone wrong? I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but no luck…
