No Notifications Sent

    I’m having an issue where Amelia is not sending notifications. I’m using the free version. I have used Amelia with a couple of other projects and it worked great right out of the box, but I can not get this latest install to send any notifications to the customer or the employee. I have tried both PHP Mail and WP Mail options, but nothing is coming through. I’m hosting on HostGator. Any suggestions?

    We can’t say why this is happening on this site. Can you please inspect the page when sending out a test notification, and see if there are any errors in the console?

    You should open the “Network” tab when inspecting the page, and there should be an error when the notification fails. By clicking on that error, and opening the “Preview” tab, you should see what’s behind it.
