No notifications from new subscribers

Hello,
I have set up Mailpoet. Newsletter, registration, welcome e-mail, all work.
The only thing that doesn’t work is that we (admin) don’t receive an email when a new user registers, even though the check mark is set. At MailPoet, we use the free plan with sending via MailPoet, where everything is set up.
Anyone has any idea why we can’t get a notification?
