    Hello,

    I have set up Mailpoet. Newsletter, registration, welcome e-mail, all work.

    The only thing that doesn’t work is that we (admin) don’t receive an email when a new user registers, even though the check mark is set. At MailPoet, we use the free plan with sending via MailPoet, where everything is set up.

    Anyone has any idea why we can’t get a notification?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Is the recipient of these emails the same as the sender: n*******@d*****-a****.com?

    If so, I see that these emails are rejected by your email server.

    Please check the logs on your email server and make the corresponding adjustments to allow such emails.
