• This was super easy to setup for me, but it quickly became a negative for my site because I get NO notification that someone is waiting to chat from my phone or my computer, so I’m constantly missing chats and leaving customers frustrated. Yes, I have notifications turned on and I have re-installed the messenger app on my phone several times. I log in to messenger on my phone as my business page, I have notifications turned on for the app and chat heads active, but I still don’t get notifications when people are waiting to chat from my phone. Same with my browser that I leave open all day. I have notifications turned on in my chrome browser for the business.facebook.com site, but I don’t get any notice when I’m logged into meta business suite with my inbox open. I have to manually check and I’m usually too late to help the customer. Facebook support was no help troubleshooting why I don’t get any notifications.
