No notification emails to admin when a admin receives a message from user

  • Hi Shamim,

    Emails are coming in just fine for other users when an admin sends out messages to other users, however when a user sends a message to the admin or replies to any messages sent from the admin we are not getting any emails when not logged in on the website. We will have to log in in order for us to see replies or new messages from users.

    Any ideas?

    Please go to Front End “Settings” (from where you send messages) and see if “Email me when I get new messages?” if checked.
