    so a friend joined to follow my blog. I get no notices that someone joined nor can I see who the members are? little confusing how this thing works. it says if you’re the owner of the site to claim your feed, but no info on how to do that?

    Please click on the green button under question 2 in the plugin and follow the steps (make sure that you have the email-icon selected under question 1). If you are not using an email icon, but use a subscription form, there is also a link to start the claiming process where you defined the layout of the subscription form (last question in the plugin).

    Once you claimed your feed, log into your SpecificFeeds account and go to “My Offered Feeds” where you will see your feed. There is a link to the statistics as well as an option to download your subscriber’s emails.

    its not saving the code for the form in the widget. I click save in the widget and its not saving it.

    uploaded a file instead. trying to make an account. its asked me 6 times to check the box that im human. so thats not working either.

    “its not saving the code for the form in the widget” – that seems to be a different issue. I thought you want to get access to the users who subscribed?

    I do. trying to set that up also. entire process is confusing. the email I got says do this, the info in the plugin seems to be a little different? no idea where to start or what im doing wrong. maybe its me Im not getting it.

    I have an account now that works. trying to get my feed to show up so I can see the stats. the form to join is now showing on my site.

    have to download a 2nd plugin for it to work it looks like? setup very confusing. perhaps I’ll try again later.

    No, you don’t need a second plugin. Only try to follow the instructions above to claim your feed, and see your subscribers.

    it was a redirect plugin it asked me to install? can I delete that? also can the file I uploaded to the domain be removed?
