No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header

I have same issue on my client website,
hope someone can suggest what we can do.

Agree, this is a significant issue. I had to create web pages with links and ask Google to crawl those instead as a workaround.

We checked on the https://distpub.com/ page and do not currently see a X-Robots tag being output:
