    Do you have the debug logging enabled? If so, what do you see in the log entires?

    If you don’t have them enabled, can you please enable debugging and then see if any errors come up?

    i have the debug enabled but when do you want that i check the error? when i’m checking out an order or on the page of the extension?
    can you be more specific please?

    What I mean is use the plugin like normal, and then go view the debug log, as it should show any errors you are seeing. You mentioned ‘checking out an order’. What e-Commerce plugin are you using? Do you have the appropriate e-Commerce extension for WP-Push?
