    Just updated to 8.0.2 (upgraded from 6.1.8) and nothing comes up when i click on “Create New Ticket”. All I get is a Submit and Reset Form button but there are no fields to fill out. Am I missing something here?

    Looks like the upgrade this morning to 8.0.3 fixed the issue.
