No new rticket

  • ST in the WP dashboard has only Admin and Simple Tickets. Simple tickets is blank.
    No way to add new ticket.
    Please help

    Hello Kevin, apologies for the delayed reply, could you advise me which version of WordPress you are using?

    I have not looked at this project for a little while I have no doubt it needs upgrading to the new versions of both PHP and WordPress .
