No New Order e-mail after paying with PayU

Hello,
We have developed a website and we use PayU as a payment provider. Every order that is paid with another payment provider is sending our client a “New Order” e-mail as it should do. Except when an order is paid with PayU. Is this a known issue and can we do something about it?
Hopefully somebody can help us out with this.
