No nav menu in Elementor site

I cant seem to figure out how to add a menu and get it to show in elementor ever since GoDaddy updated to WordPress 6.2. I used to go to appearance > Menu and it was simple. Now, the menu option is gone and has been replaced by this janky and awful block editor.

I saw in another post to follow this guide. I tried and i’m just struggling with it and now matter what i don’t see it appear.
