No Name & Email field on Stripe checkout

    Am I missing something obvious? I am evaluating this plugin for a client and nearly ready to show them how it looks but we have no data collection other than card details on the checkout page. I know we need the plus version for extra fields but I think we should get Email and Name on free version? Maybe it’s a Stripe setting so I am going to look now but I can’t see how people can be sent their tickets without a place to add email address!! Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    By default, name and email fields are required in purchasing a ticket. Could I ask for the direct URL of the event where the ticket was added? I’d like to check it on my end.

    Have you tried checking for any plugin/theme conflict? If not, could you try running a conflict test??I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

    Moreover, could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.

    • PHP
    • WordPress
    • The Events Calendar
    • Event Tickets
    • Theme
