    Hi @kingbeard and welcome to the WordPress support forums. I don’t have anything to do with any plugin or theme in these forums except as a forum moderator.

    I paid for the pro version. If I am not going to receive support then I request a refund.

    The plugin author cannot support his paid customers here. That’s not allowed here and is why the author must take this somewhere else either via email or his own site.

    He could get his free plugins removed from the repository removed if that happens too often. Please use the options he has provided for commercial support.
