Our Sharing Button feature (as well as the Sharing Buttons block) is still available in the free Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/sharing/
If you are referring to the options provided by the Social feature (and related stand-alone plugin), these CAN be subjected to a paid plan, however the ability to share posts retrospectively and schedule future shares?are included in the free Jetpack plan currently: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-social/
