Hello, I am having a problem since Mailpoet 3 (not sure but it seems to me):

I can no longer send any email, either as a preview or for sending a newsletter, I receive this error message:

“The email could not be sent due to a technical issue with
% 1 $ s: Email could not be sent: The MailPoet sending service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

You may have reached your plan’s subscription limit. Manage your subscriptions.
You might have a bad deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

Check your send method settings. ”

But everything seems to be well configured.
I am using the free service which has always worked perfectly so far and nothing has changed so I really don’t understand.

I can consider taking a paid offer but I’m not at all sure that will solve the problem.

    Please help me !

    Thank you very much

    Hi @xavgilles,

That’s because the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for your account.

We’ve sent you an email on September 14th, 12:57 explaining what happened and what you need to do to have the sending restored.

Please check your mailbox and let us know!

Hey @sifubilly, if you’re also seeing this notification message, please contact us via email.

You should have received a notification email about it.

    Thank you!
