already tried increasing memory in wpconfig.php to 160, does not help

I’m sorry to hear that. Memory shortage can occur for a variety of reasons, though usually it doesn’t happen out of the blue (unless the order is substantially bigger than previous orders). It’s possible that a third party plugin was updated and changed output that is also included in the PDF which is causing issues, but that’s hard to tell.
If you have a staging copy of your site, you could try disabling other (WooCommerce) plugins to see if that fixes the issue. If you can post your system status report (WooCommerce > Status > Get system report), we may be able to help narrow it down to some likely suspects. Let us know what you find!

    Hi,
Your explonation makes no sence, since I have another webshop, Partshop.be, with all the same plgings, in the same versions where everyhting still works fine.. so I have no clue on how to get the invoices and packing lists now;..

I’m just trying to help you find why the plugin doesn’t work anymore. My previous post wasn’t meant as an explanation, but rather a quest for more clues as to why this suddenly occurs.
A few additional questions that may help explain this:

    • Is the other webshop on the same server?
    • Do you sell the same products on this website?
    • Does this affect all orders?
    • Are you creating the PDF in bulk or for single orders? (bulk exports are always more intensive, especially if you select many orders at once)

Let us know and we’ll do our best to help!

    Hi,
Yes, the other webshop is on the same virtual server, with seperate databse and webspace
On the other shop, I even have extra plugins as they need a custom plugin for 3D print calculations
All orders (also previous) or no l onger visible on PDF (packinglist and invoice)
I alwys try viewing an invoice or packinglist from the order page, so no bulk actions.. don’t even knwo how teo do bulk actions (with free version)

Bulk actions are in the drop down above the order list in WooCommerce.
The number of plugins doesn’t matter.

    • Is this with the default “Simple” template?
    • Have you made any modifications (actions/filters to modify or add data to the template)
    • Are these with regular/simple products or do you use plugins for product addons etc.?
    • Can you post the system status report?

This is thefree plugin with default settings, no additional modifications, just added logo image and address info.
in the webshop where the plugin no longer works (used to work up until a few weeks ago), there are no other ‘special’ product plugins compared to the other shop, where it still works, in contrast, on the other shop, we use special product plugin 3DPrint, but there everything works fine
Where do I get the System Status report?

What’s the filetype and resolution of the logo image? If it’s a PNG image, you could try using a JPG instead (make sure to enable “Test Mode” in the General tab). The resolution of the image is printed below the preview in the settings, 300dpi is good enough for print.

System status report can be found under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report
