    Hi,

On a mobile screen, my site menus do not work any more .

I’ve unchecked and checked again the “responsive” option, but still what happens when I decrease the width of the screen is that :
the menus and category lists on top of the site disappear (which I expect)
but they are not replaced by drop-down menus how they used to be.

I’ve noticed that behaviour only today, so I’ve visited another site that uses Mesocolumn and they have the same problem.

    my site https://www.cirque-eybens.org/
    my friend’s site https://egaligone.org/

    thanks in advance,

    Anne

  • Hi Anne,

If you have updated your mesocoloumn theme, then you need to go to:

    Customize >> Menus >> >> Menu Location

In Menu Location, you must allocate a menu to ‘Mobile Menu’

    Hope that helps.

Thanks ! I’ve just done it, it works now on a mobile (more or less). I have still to fix a misbehaviour : I have certainly too many items in my menu, they do not fit in the mobile screen, and I’m not able to scroll to show hidden items. I guess it’s because I’m using “myStickyMenu”, because on a computer I like to keep the menu on top of the page… Well, I’ll have to fix it.

for the time being, I’ll display the “categories” rather than the full menu.

Seems the solution works on articles, not on pages ? I’ve still no menus when displaying “pages” on the mobile ??

don’t know how to delet this post, it must have been a cache problem.

by default the mobile menu will show in all pages/posts. yes, try clear site or browser cache.
