no more javascript after activation

on my three sites, when I enable cookiebot, javascript no longer works.
I made a clean installation of wordpress, with cookiebot as the only plugin, I had confirmation, impossible to edit pages or other modifications, the administration does not work properly either, example when I click on a link we notice that the page loads but remains the same, we stay on the same menu. how to correct the problem?
