No more data collection since 13.1 upgrade

    I just discover the wp-statistics plugin is no more collecting data since 13.1 last upgrade, I did August 30th.

    What is the tric to reactivate it ?

    Hello,

    Meanwhile the answser I did downgrade the plugins version to last working one ie 13.0.8, but no data collection did reoccur.

    What should I do ?
    I would like to avoid reinstall it, for not loosing historical data.

    As I was feeling pretty alone with my issue, I finally decided to remove the pluging and clean database and upload data. And reinstall from scratch.

    What was not my surprise to discover config parameters were still there. Where are they stored. I hope they are on my server somewhere aand not remote !

    Good news wp-statistics is collecting corectly visitors data now.

    I would have apprecaited to have a procedure to avoid loosing 3 years of history.

    On my installs (2x) data collection stopped on 5 September. I don’t see any obvious record of an upgrade or change that would have caused it. Everything else seems normal. I, too, would prefer not to delete all and restart.
