No more backup

Hey there –

I’m sorry you’re having a trouble getting your backups to work. Unfortunately this can be caused by a number of different issues, so let’s start with some basic troubleshooting, okay?

Try following some of these tips to see if we can help isolate the issue you’re having:

– can you run a database-only backup?
– how about a files-only backup? (create a new schedule if you don’t want to edit a current one)
– If not, try to exclude your /wp-content/uploads folder, then run a manual backup. Does this work? If so, we know the size of your backup is probably hanging up your server.
– If you can, try disabling all other plugins, and switch to a default theme if possible as plugin conflicts can occur. Does that help?

Let me know what you find out and we can troubleshoot from there,

Same Problem here.
I can’t backup the files-only-backup.
Database is working.

Sorry that you are also having trouble. As this reply is long after you wrote can I ask if you are still having trouble? And if you are, can you open a new topic/thread to go through troubleshooting?
