No metrics showing

  • Hello,

    almost a month now matomo isn’t showing any kind of metrics (graphs). The visitors get counted but they aren’t shown in any graph format or analytics.

    I already disabled all caching and cookie plugins with no effect.

    Hi @cruelly

    sorry about that. When you’re saying visitors get counted I assume you are seeing them for example in the Matomo Reporting page for example under “Visitors -> Real time” or “Visitors -> Visitor log”?

    Any chance you could send me the output of your system report? Either as a comment here (it should be anonymised automatically) or by email to [email protected] ? See our FAQ for the system report.

    It be great if you could check step 5 from this FAQ where it says to check if archiving works when you execute it manually.
