No Message, that form ist send

    Hello dear support team,
    Unfortunately, no message appears “Your message has been sent” when the form is submitted. What can I do?

  • See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

    I got the same problem….The form works correctly and emails arrive. But the message “Your message has been sent” is not displayed. After clicking SEND you can see only a short EMPTY green banner whithout any message inside.
