No menu / options after activate

    Configuration :
    WordPress 6.3.1 (fresh install)
    Php 8.0
    Theme Twenty Twenty-Three

    Plugins :
    Lscache
    Product Feature Request

    When I install and activate it nothing happens. I can only deactivate / delete.

    Nothing in admin menu, no settings in plugin listing.

    I try many times to reinstall wordpress or plugin, same result.

    Can you give me help please ?
