No menu on amp pages!

    I have installed the plugin, and using reader mode.

    The amp pages look OK, but there is no menu – so if someone lands on one of these pages from a search – how are they supposed to get to another page on the site?

    The previews of the amp reader themes show a hamburger menu, but not there on the actual page.
