I have the Two Factor plugin installed and active. However, it doesn’t show up in my menu so I can configure it. Any idea why that might be?

When visiting the wp-admin/admin.php?page=two-factor-auth-user Link, I get the same error (you are not authorized to access this page).

The root of this whole issue isn’t really the lack of menu (although that would be good, and I’ll keep trying your suggestions); it is that the two factor QR code isn’t being properly displayed on the site for my users when they register. When I try it for myself (by resetting my two factor app code), the plugin initially generates a QR code that is 1/8th (approximately) the size I would expect to see. And then it doesn’t generate at all. This is on a page with the short code embedded. On the user profile itself, I can still see the QR code.

I’m not sure if the issues are interrelated or not. But just wanted to make sure you were aware.

OK, I think I’m beginning to see part of the problem. Somehow I stumbled onto the wrong support site. I am VERY sorry for wasting your time!

I’m using the plugin called “two factor” of which the current version is 0.8.2. I’ll now go slink off to a corner and find the RIGHT plug-in’s website.

    (Yes…very embarrassed!)

This being so, I shall close this thread! Feel free to try out our plugin any time (especially since you say the one you’re using doesn’t properly display the codes).
