No menu in mobile view

  • Hello everyone,
    I’m using the responsive theme for my website. Everything worked fine until some months ago I did an update for the theme and some plug-ins. After the update, the mobile view is not displayed correctly anymore. The menu is not visible and also the pictures are not in the right format anymore. I already talked to someone from my provider about it and they told me to update the plug-ins but that didn’t solve the problem. The desktop version works perfectly well.
    Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be and how I can get this solved.

    It looks like you are using a premium theme so it would be best to reach out to the themes support community.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Hi, I’m not using a premium theme. It’s for free in my Word Press account and I haven’t purchased it.
