At first, thank you for your response and for choosing our theme.

1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch the which one was the source for the issue.

2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

Frankly I find it a little frustrating that support of Pro versions of features always tends to get the same generic response “it’s not us, it’s someone else”. Now I need to do the work diagnosing.

I know you can only do so much not knowing how I’m configured but I was hoping for at least some theme options to check or something in the page view customization. The effort of deactivating plugins one-by-one, clearing the cache, clearing the mobile cache, then seeing if it makes any difference is a major pain. I haven’t added many plugins lately and I check the mobile version fairly often so it must have been a recent change.

I’ll work backwards from my log of which plugins I’ve added in which order and keep you informed.
