  • Can’t think of any reason other than it’s an old version, or you have a menu that uses java and you don’t have it enabled in Firefox settings. Could also be an old theme that’s not compatible with the latest Firefox.

    Look’s fine in Firefox 10.

Doesn’t load for me in FF 10, I am on a slower connection, just keeps spinning and menu bar load

Same here, no menu in Firefox. No menu in Chrome either. I get the same if I use compatability mode in ie9. Is this a currently supported theme?

Try the standard troubleshooting. Deactivate all plugins, if you get a menu, reactivate one by one to see which one causes the problem.

If no bad plugins, activate another theme and see if you then get a menu in both browsers.

If it’s your theme, update if available, if not, contact the theme author and or post for help on the theme’s forum.

    Weird.

On Linux/Mac it shows in Chrome/Firefox.

On Windows in both Chrome and Firefox I’m getting this in the JS Console:

jd.gallery_1_2_4_4.js:118 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'addClass' of null

So I’d reckon this is where the issue is, and why the menu doesn’t load completely.

Good luck, hope this helps. If you have a gallery plugin, try disabling that quickly to see it resolves the issue. To resolve, either try contacting the plugin developer or enlist the help of a developer friend.

    Thanks,
    Harry

    I’ll bet it’s a plugin..

Yeah, seems to be the JonDesign’s SmoothGallery Plugin.
