No Media Mail label?

    I’ve enabled the option to ship media mail and just had my first order. However, when I went to print the label, Media Mail is not an option! Did I not set something up correctly, or is this just a shortcoming of the plugin?

    Thanks for pointing this out. I believe this is an issue on our side. We should have a fix for this out early next week the latest.

    Hi Jeremy,

    Media Mail labels should now start showing up when you try to print labels. This was a server side change, so there should be no need to update the plugin.

    Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

    Yes, it’s appearing now in the drop down menu, thank you.
