No Media in Order

    Hi,

    I use dropzone on my site. People have to upload a media file before they can add their product to the shopping cart. All is well untill they finalize the order. There is no media file with the order in woocommerce.

    When using the plugin myself I always see a media file with my own order. But multiple customers made an order and it told me ‘no media file is uploaded’. But this is not even possible because then they could not add it to the cart.

    Is there anything that can cause this?

    No, only one possible way for this issue is either logged in with admin in same browser.. otherwise there won’t be any issue.

    What browser are they using? Any other diagnose information?

    I am having the same problem, I upload a file, complete the checkout process (paypal sandbox test checkout) but there is no file in the admin section.

    I have cleared cookies and cache, have tried IE and chrome. I have logged out of all accounts and made a new account to test the order but still it says: No Files Were Uploaded

    When I upload the file and click send it shows the image preview, not sure what else to try?

    Sorry for your trouble, can you please open chrome developer tool’s console tab and then upload and send file if you can see any error in console ?
