No matter what I try, I cannot double space…Help Please!!!

  • I’ve tried everything:
    hit return twice
    hit return=shift

    enter html code:

    etc..

    nothing works…cannot double space. I don’t know code at all, so I’m just trying to use whatever I can find researching it (code) online.

    I am losing my mind. Why oh why is it taking all day to figure out how to double space. Please, someone…anyone…HELP!!

    If you want the sentences in a paragraph to be double spaced then you can set a line-height that’s twice the font size.

    Thanks, but <p> did not work. It still goes back to being single spaced. As for second suggestion–don’t want the entire page to be double spaced, just in certain places. Any other suggestions?

    Only set a double line-height on the paragraphs you want double spaced, by assigning those paragraphs a different class, such as <p class=”doublespace”>
