There is no attribute category for the shortcode. You’d have to do it like this:

[random_post_on_refresh show="title" taxonomy="category" terms="<termId>"]

Just replace <termId> above with the ID associated with the recuperation category. You can use this guide to help you find the ID: https://www.wpwhitesecurity.com/find-wordpress-category-id/
