No Map Pop Up On Click

Not sure if my WordPress theme is causing a problem with the lightbox pop up feature of this plugin, but when the thumbnail image of the map is clicked nothing happens, except a change in web address, which goes to (https://davidyork.ikeguchidesignstudio.com/#dialog-googlemapswidget-2).
The original web address where the map is located is at davidyork.ikeguchidesignstudio.com
