No map in max zoom with own tiles

Hello everyone and thanks for the great plugin.
I have a question about a problem that I can not solve. On a test server I have created my own tiles from a printed citymap in zomm 15 – 20 and map them with Leaflap Map. The max and min zoom levels are set in the backend. However, Leaflet Map does not load the map at the max zoom levels 19 and 20. The tiles are on the server and I can access it directly using the correct path …/{z}/{x}/{y}.jpg.
Testwise I changed the tiles to the official tileserver of OSM with the same problem, also other tileservers are not loaded. The map is not displayed on zoom 19/20. I have deactivated all plugins to exclude an error and switched the theme.
