No map displayed

Hi,
Great plugin but i’ve a big problem with it !
No map are displayed…
My locations are displayed but the background is grey or blank, but no picture form map service…
I try to change the provider in function.php, but i don’t any change except for few provider no location displayed…
Can u help me ? i need it work, it’s a very great plugin !
