    Hello,

if we create orders or subscriptions manually, the custom fields can’t be edited from there. The labels are shown, but no way of filling them with values.

Why is that and how can these fields be edited from backend?

Okay adding these values now directly in the database, creating the corresponding tables through phpMyAdmin. But quite inconvenient and slow workaround..

We believe that you would like to add/edit the custom fields created using our plugin while placing a new order through WordPress.

If so, please note that the custom fields will be available in the section?“Custom Fields”. You can select the custom fields created using our plugin from the select box inside the?“Add New Custom Field:”?and provide value for that field there. If your custom field is not available inside the select box, click on the?“Enter new”?link and enter the custom field’s field name and provide the value.

    Thank you!
