No mail with attachments

    Hi al

    We’re thinking about upgrading our forminator plugin but we have some problems.
    When we get a submission with 1 attachment everything works fine. We did a test with 6 PDF files smaller than 10mb in total and then no mail or notification comes. In the PHP.ini it is up to 209mb.
    We need to resolve this issue before we consider of buying the full plugin.

    Can you please confirm if you are referring to Forminator PDF? I tested on my lab site with more than 6 PDFs and it?was?delivered fine as attachments via the email notification.?

    However, the Forminator PDF addon is a Pro feature of the Forminator plugin and we cannot provide support for Pro features on this forum.

    I’m using the free version of the forminator contactform plugin.
    So to send PDF files I have to buy the “pro” version?

    I think there was a miscommunication, sorry about that. What we were referring to was the PDF generator add-on which is a Pro version, however, it sounds like you are referring to the multiple files uploaded to the form via the Upload field not getting sent via email?

    If yes, possible to share the form export so that we could check the form configuration to see what might be preventing the emails to get sent?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Hope this message finds you well, and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

    After importing your form into my test site:

    But I was not able to reproduce the issue, I got the 7 PDF files attached in the Upload File field.

    The issue might be related to your Hosting provider, they might be limiting somehow the file uploads.

    Could you check with them about this and let us know their comments? Thanks.
