  • Hello,

Could you be more specific on what Mail Type were you referring to? If you meant Mailer, it can be configured under Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending – https://imgur.com/EGsbGvM.

The problem is that all email are not sent with HTML Format.
With older version i see MAIL TYPE in Setting->General section, as you describe here: https://www.icegram.com/documentation/es-general-plugin-settings/
    Thanks.

    Hello,

I see that WP Mail was selected as Mailer/mail-type. It’s the best option in the free version and should work without any problems.

Could you report the issue with a link to this post via our contact page if the issue persists?

    Hi Sergio,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I just want to update you that we have removed WP HTML MAIL, WP PLAINTEXT MAIL, PHP HTML MAIL, and PHP PLAINTEXT MAIL options.

Instead, we have provided WP Mail and PHP Mail options in Settings > Email Sending.

So, select WP Mail if you want to send an email using WordPress’ wp_mail() function or select PHP Mail if you want to send an email using PHP.

We recoomend to use WP Mail.
