No mail for presenter sent

Hi,
I’m using Events Manager 5.4.2 and I’ve got a problem: To me as admin the event-entries of other user are mailed how it should be.
But the user do not get a mail after publishing. I filled out the forms, so a mail should be sent. Why is this not working?
Is this perhaps a problem of the latest update?
